Making Sure the Kids Are SafeThis year parents have the option of having their kids measured at the Guest Services Booth where they will be presented with a colour sticker indicating which rides can be safely used. All that kids and parents have to do is match their colour sticker with the appropriate colour code found at the ride. Three Simple Rules for SafetyFirstly, riders should use the colour code system to make sure the ride is suitable for their height. Secondly, tie up loose hair and remove any loose articles that might fall off during the ride. Riders should also remain seated, keep hands and feet inside and use all safety equipment provided by operators. Lastly, at the end of the ride, patrons should remain seated until the ride has come to a complete stop. The World’s Finest Shows and SuperExThe World’s Finest Shows is a division of the Conklin Group, the largest traveling amusement corporation in North America. The corporation was founded by James Wesley “Patty” Conklin who worked small fairs across Canada until his company, the Conklin Show, was propelled to even greater heights when it finally won a contract for Toronto's Canada National Exhibition.
