I made the mistake of buying tickets through Price line; this was the first time and the last time. I bought the insurance and it is a rouse, I found out I was in an automobile accident and they would not change my ticket to leave on another day what so ever. All I wanted to do was go a different day and they said no, the Insurance is only for Death or Sickness. Then they told me to call the air line. I call ATA the carrier that had the flight, they also told me no, their customer service is in India that frustrated ,me further they kept calling me by the wrong last name and they told me to call Priceline who, told me to call the airline. No wonder the airlines are in such sad sad shape. Price line now has $340.00 of my money for a ticket I can not use. Ata can now sell the seat again. I will not use them either I was willing to p[ay all the fees associated with changing the ticket. Now I will pay another carrier for the trip at a higher price it is a lesson will learned, Stay away from Priceline.
