They've done it again!

Priceline has not changed and never will!!!

I have named my own price on a hotel in a specific location at Myrtle Beach, SC (you can make a selection when you place a bid), and they accepted. Once I looked at the location of the hotel that they gave me it was no where near the location that I selected. After fighting with them for an hour over the phone and not being able to talk to a supervisor, because they are there only for administrative purposes, I was told to write an e-mail, which I did. Here is what I got back:

Dear Mr. X,

Thank you for taking the time to send us an e-mail regarding the location of the Courtyard By Marriott Broadway. We are writing to let you know that we have received your e-mail in our Executive Offices. Mr. X, we understand you wanted a beachfront

property and this property is not on the beach. We regret you are not satisfied with your accommodations but we cannot offer you a change or a cancellation since we do not guarantee you will receive a beachfront property with the Name Your Own Price option. This reservation is truly non refundable, non changeable, and non transferable.

If you have any other concerns you may contact us directly at

1-800-945-4602 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and

6:00pm EST.

We apologize for any inconvenience and regret being unable to assist you further with this issue.
