I have only just tried Priceline to book a Hotel for the first time and it was a long frustrating experience. My price was accepted at a good hotel, however it was a smoking room that simply isn't acceptable. I had to make 4 different calls between Priceline and the Hotel and it was finally changed to non-smoking, but there was mention of extra fees, which thankfully, didn't materialize. The icing on the cake was when I asked if the parking was free, and I was told it was valet only for $16, and no free breakfast. So much for my great deal!
