- DO NOT USE PRICELINE..CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PHILLIPINES!!!!
This was the first time I had used PRICELINE for a car rental and it will be the last. I had my 2 year old traveling with me. So when I called the car rental to add a car seat I was told that I had to call Priceline and when I did call Priceline I was told that I had to call Budget car rental. I explained to the guy at Priceline that I was told to call Priceline, he said that he could not do anything about it and that it was my own responsibilty to work it out with Budget, I explained again that I was TOLD by Budget to call Priceline, he said that he would forward me to customer service. I was transfered to someone in Customer Service and when I explained to her that I needed to have a car seat for my 2 YEAR OLD, she again told me to call Budget. I explained that Budget could not change my reservation and that only Priceline can add it on. She then proceeded to tell me that she COULD NOT and WOULD NOT do that. She said that I could check when I got to the airport for one. I told her that I needed to get this before and it was against the law not to have one. She told me that it was not. I asked where she was located and she said the Phillipines???? I then asked for a Supervisor and she told me that she DID NOT have one and she was the last and only person left to speak with. NEVER USE PRICELINE FOR ANYTHING . I am VERY disappointed in my experience. I had truly hope for a more professional and understanding approach to my needs for my child
