I like the Element - i think it looks cool, like a styly tank.

But large cars aside, I myself drive a Ford Escort Wagon. Ths way I can still sleep and camp in it, and it is GREAT on gas. Plus it's a beater so I feel cool by default. but that's just me. Some people like new-looking cars. I like something that looks like I've used the hell out of it over dirt roads and baja beaches.
